Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Miyik! Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Return Eligibility
    •    You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
    •    Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags intact.
    •    Returns are accepted for items with manufacturing defects, but we do not cover damages caused by misuse or improper care.
    •    Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during special promotions cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Return Process
    •    Email us at hello@miyik.asia with the subject “Return Request - [Order Number]”, including your reason for return and any supporting photos if applicable.
    •    Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and provide further instructions.
    •    Once approved, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
    •    After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

3. Refunds
    •    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
    •    Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
    •    If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

4. Exchanges
    •    If you need to exchange an item, please follow the return process and mention the preferred replacement item.
    •    Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
